MOGA Festival is a boutique electronic music festival designed for true music lovers. With an aim to connect people from around the world, the festival was born in 2016 in Essaouira, Morocco, and expanded to Costa da Caparica, Portugal, in 2021. The event’s organizers have announced plans to expand to a third location in 2024, with Dakar, Senegal, being the selected destination.
